Effective Date: June 15, 2026
This is our shared agreement for using Dristal, your personal plant color journal. No account registration, no personal info required to access all core features right after you download the app. Everything you save to your device stays 100% under your control by default, we never access your local plant records unless you explicitly choose to share them with us.
We built this tool for plant lovers to track their green friends' seasonal changes, so all rules here are designed to keep that experience fun and stress-free for everyone.
You can use every free feature of Dristal as much as you want: create unlimited plant profiles, upload as many photos as your device storage allows, build seasonal color archives, compare growth timelines, and export shareable plant cards for personal use or to share with your plant-loving friends.
We only ask that you don't use Dristal to create harmful content, spam other people with exported cards, or try to copy, reverse-engineer or resell our app's core design and functions for commercial use without talking to us first.
We will never hide core tracking features behind paywalls, never insert intrusive full-screen ads that interrupt your journaling flow, and never collect or sell your personal plant data to third parties.
We will keep updating the app to fix bugs and add small quality-of-life features based on user feedback, and we will always label any optional paid premium features clearly so you never get charged unexpectedly.
Every photo you take, every note you write about your plants, every custom plant card you create is entirely yours. You hold all rights to use, modify, and share your content however you like, with no restrictions from us.
If we ever want to feature any of your shared content on our official social media or website, we will reach out to you directly for explicit permission first, and we will always credit you if you agree.
If we ever need to adjust this agreement in the future, we will post a prominent in-app notification 14 days before the updated version takes effect. You can choose to stop using Dristal and export all your saved content at any time if you don't agree with the changes, no hoops to jump through.
If you have any questions about this pact, feature requests, or just want to show off your favorite plant color transformation, you can reach our small team anytime at: dristal.leafprint@seasonarchive.app
We read every single email we get from our users, usually within 2-3 working days.
